NFL Draft: Bears select Stanford safety Kendall Williamson in seventh round |
The Chicago Bears selected Stanford safety Kendall Williamson with the No. 258 overall pick in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft on Saturday.
Williamson was a 4-year starter for Stanford and ran a 4.49 at 6-foot-1 and 202 pounds. In 2022, he had 50 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and one interception in 10 games. He was extremely impressive as a student-athlete as he was a three-time Pac-12 All-Academic Honor Roll member.
