Lions standout WR trashes Bears fans: "Worst fanbase ever" |
This won't go over well with Bears fans.
Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown had some choice words for Bears fans during a recent podcast with his brother, Equanimeous, a receiver for the Chicago Bears. Amon-Ra criticized the Bears fanbase for being "the worst fanbase ever," calling them out for their lack of energy during the 2023 NFL draft. "Worst fanbase ever. Like this (heads down), on their phones," Amon-Ra said to his brother. "Just tired. You see the Lions next to them. Just turnt, lit. They were standing up, and you guys were sitting down. That tells me everything." He used this as an opportunity to trash-talk the Bears' draft picks, saying that Equanimeous couldn't be excited about their choices like Darnell Wright, Gervon Dexter, and Tyrique Stevenson. Despite the Lions executing a decent draft, the Bears also filled important roster gaps and have plenty of reasons to be excited about their picks. Amon St. Brown better back up his trash talk against the Bears for 2023 because Bears fans will likely never forget this slander and will let him know if he has a bad game for the rest of his NFL career.
