WATCH: Isaac Paredes hits first homer as a Cub

This new guy might be pretty good.

Chicago Cubs third baseman Isaac Paredes smacked a three-run homer to left field on Tuesday night, putting the Cubs up 3-0 in the first inning against the Minnesota Twins.

It was his 17th homer of the season, and it traveled 364 feet with a velocity of 101.1 MPH.

This was his first homer as a member of the Cubs.
