February 13, 2025 – Chicago Cubs right fielder Kyle Tucker ranked 14th on MLB Network’s Top 100 Players Right Now countdown last night. The three-time All-Star, who ranked 23rd on the Top 100 Players Right Now countdown last year, finished one spot ahead of 2024 NL Rookie of the Year Award winner Paul Skenes of the Pittsburgh Pirates and one spot behind four-time All-Star Vladimir Guerrero Jr. of the Toronto Blue Jays. In addition to Tucker, teammate Shota Imanaga ranked 64th and Seiya Suzuki ranked 73rd on the Top 100 Players Right Now on February 4th, while Justin Steele ranked 88th, Ian Happ ranked 92nd and Dansby Swanson ranked 93rd on the rankings on January 30th.
