MINNEAPOLIS — Launching a moonshot into the upper deck at Target Field, Chicago Cubs left fielder Ian Happ got all of a fastball thrown to him on a full count on Tuesday. The 437-foot solo shot was scorched into the nosebleeds with two outs in the top of the eighth, putting the Cubs up 3-1 over the Minnesota Twins.

Happ's 17th long ball of the season was scorched off the bat at 110 mph. It also boasted a 30-degree launch angle. Relief pitcher Caleb Thielbar gave up the no-doubter on a 92.8-mph four-seamer. The blast is tied for the longest home run hit from the right side of the plate by Happ in his MLB career.
