WATCH: David Kaplan calls out front office after Cubs loss

NBC Chicago host David Kaplan didn't like the matchup between John Lackey and Justin Turner that led to the 4-1 victory for the Dodgers over the Cubs on Sunday night.

He told his listeners that the front office and Justin Wilson was to blame for having to use John Lackey out of the bullpen.
