MLB announced on Monday that Jeffress was named a finalist for NL Reliever of the Year along with Brewers' Devin Williams and Padres' Trevor Rosenthal.

Jeffress stabilized the Cubs bullpen this season posting a 1.54 ERA and eight saves in 22 relief appearances.

"Blessed and Highly Favored!," Jeffress posted on social media.
