It's time for Maddon to give this position to the best center fielder in MLB!! I get so iritated when Maddon overrates this righty-lefty thing and platoons halfass Happ with the best center fielder in the MAJORS!!....There....I said it!
I'll listen to you Maddon supporters, but you are on a short leash! It's time for GIRARDI!

Well.....he almost blew it for the Cubs back then. Chapman was down on the radar gun, and Maddon wore him out. Tie game, HR....Indians...Remember that one?...Thank you God for the rain delay!!

I couldn't agree more. Yes, Happ plays more positions, but he doesn't play any of them all that well. I think he's like 2 for 9 so far this spring, and has done nothing in terms of noteworthy defense. People cheer Happ for his walk rate, but Almora has walked more than Happ has this spring, and for that matter, so have most of the guys on last year's 25 man.

Its nice to finally see all you people on the bandwagon I've been on since 2016. Almora should be the center fielder and Happ should be traded for a dependable back up, veteran catcher.

(Trade him for a young pitching prospect) I think the Cubs are strong at the Catcher position. It's good to have a strong veteran there, but the Cubs are moving into their prime, and have the experience. IT'S GOING TO BE GREATER THAN WHAT PEOPLE EXPECT!....mark me!

I'm a bigger Victor C. fan than most...I think he is a pretty valuable guy that can play 1x a week (if he can hit some) and be a backup at 1B, late-inning pinch hitter, etc.

I like Caratini as well. I really like that he made a stand, telling Maddon that he'd outgrown Triple A.
