I almost wonder if the Bryant arbitrator wishes he could award in Bryants favor, he can't so he's doing what he can to punish the Cubs by taking this long to rule. I can't see any godly reason to take this long to come to what just about everyone I hear says is an obvious decision.

Good call...shouldn't take this long. Cubs have had a tough time planning and budgeting for their future cause of it
