Bears trade down to acquire picks from Saints

Ryan Poles is in full grind mode during the 2023 NFL Draft.

Poles has been making moves left and right in an effort to improve the Bears' roster, and on Saturday morning, he made another significant trade with the New Orleans Saints.

The trade involved the Bears giving up their No. 103 pick of the fourth round to the Saints in exchange for picks No. 115 and No. 165 of the fifth round.

This move gives the Bears six picks total for the rest of the draft and provides them with some much-needed flexibility as they look to build a competitive team for the upcoming season.

Poles and the rest of the Bears' front office will need to remain focused as they search for players who can make an immediate impact on the team.
