The Chicago Bears announced Monday that running back Darrynton Evans has been signed to the active roster.

Evans was with the Bears in 2022, and he had 15 touches for 97 yards in six games.

He was selected by the Titans in the third round of the 2020 draft out of Appalachian State.

In other roster news, the Bears re-signed Nathan Peterman to the practice squad and released defensive lineman Deslin Alexandre to make room for Peterman.

In 2022, Peterman appeared in three games and started one.
